Daffodil Rides - IMPORTANT NOTICE

The Daffodil Rides will take place over the weekend of 20/21st March. So far, we have about 40+ entries, such has been the standard of our organization in previous years. Inevitably, maintaining such a standard requires a lot of volunteer help from Club members, and dare I say it, their partners/friends.

Help is required with the following duties:

Friday 19th March
Assisstance with parking at Larrerperz from 4pm.
Preparing baked potatoes and fillings for Saturday lunch.

Saturday 20th March
Leaders for 3 rides (35ml, 58ml, 70ml) and 'sweepers up'.
Signing On assisstant at Larrerperz - 9am
Tea/Coffee making - 9am

Lunch - Dymock Hall
11.30 Preparation
12.30 Servers
1.30pm Washing up & clearing

Teas at Linton

Supper at Larrerperz
5pm Preparing food
7pm Help with serving
8pm Washing up
Entertainment - Skittles at Larrerperz

Sunday Morning 21st March
9am Tea/Coffee servers.
2 Ride Leaders
10am Preparing Lunch
12am Laying up Tables
2pm Serving up
3pm Washing up & clearing

Donations of cakes gratefully received Friday afternoon at Larrerperz after 4pm.

As you see, it is a big effort and we would welcome as much help as possible on as many occassions as you can. Just let me know by e-mail (bill.reay (at ) btinternet.com - replace ' (at) ' with '@').

All Club members and friends can partake in the rides. If you want food on the rides let Audrey/me know so that we can cater for the numbers.
