First Aid/Incident response

Audrey has booked us in to the Larruperz Centre for 7.30pm next Tuesday. Quite a few going already, but as Taff Say's "the more the merrier" so give Taff a shout if you fancy coming along and have not already committed.

Personal safety


Group Safety


1st quick assessment and prioritising of injuries

Incident control (the basics).
Roles required (?)
Contacting the emergency services - communications
Making the area as safe as possible

The First Aid


Identifying and dealing with:
Unconscious casualty
Shock
Head/Neck problems
Common breaks (collar bone, wrist/arm)
Road rash and blood loss.
